DarazPlay Terms and Conditions – Rules & User Agreement Pakistan

Welcome to DarazPlay. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you and DarazPlay ("we", "us", "the platform") governing all use of the DarazPlay website, including sports betting, casino games, promotions, and all related services. The website is operated under the domain darazplay.run and is designed specifically for users in Pakistan.

By registering an account on DarazPlay, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of them, you should not create an account or use any part of the platform. Using DarazPlay after any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

To register and use DarazPlay, you must meet all of the following requirements without exception:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. DarazPlay does not permit access to persons under 18 under any circumstances.
• You must be a natural person — registrations by companies, organisations, bots, or automated systems are not permitted.
• You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration. Providing false identity information is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
• You must not be a current employee of DarazPlay, or an immediate family member of such an employee.
• You must not be self-excluded or have a cooling-off period in effect on your account.

DarazPlay reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. If you cannot verify your identity to our satisfaction, your account may be restricted or closed. Any winnings accumulated during an unverified period may be withheld pending successful verification.

Each person is permitted to hold exactly one DarazPlay account. Opening or operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name or different names — is strictly prohibited and will result in all accounts being permanently closed. Any balance across duplicate accounts is subject to forfeiture.

You are fully responsible for all activity that takes place under your account, including bets placed and deposits made. You must keep your login credentials confidential and not share them with anyone. DarazPlay will treat all activity performed with your credentials as authorised by you unless you have reported a security concern to us before the activity occurred.

If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact DarazPlay support immediately at support@darazplay.run. We recommend enabling two-factor authentication to add a layer of security to your account.

All transactions on DarazPlay are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (Rs). DarazPlay does not charge any fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges independent of DarazPlay.

Accepted deposit methods include Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Pakistani bank-issued Visa and Mastercard debit or credit cards. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500 for mobile wallet methods and Rs 1,000 for bank transfers and card payments.

By depositing funds into your DarazPlay account, you confirm that the payment method belongs to you and that the funds are legally obtained. DarazPlay takes a strict stance against money laundering and reserves the right to request documentation verifying the source of funds at any time. Deposits made using fraudulent or disputed payment methods will be reversed, and the account will be suspended pending investigation.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. This same-method policy is a fraud prevention measure and applies across all withdrawal amounts. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 1,000.

Before your first withdrawal can be processed, you must complete identity verification by submitting a valid CNIC photograph and a selfie. This is a one-time requirement. Failure to complete verification will result in withdrawal requests being held until the process is completed to DarazPlay's satisfaction.

DarazPlay aims to process all verified withdrawal requests promptly. Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals typically complete within 15 minutes. IBFT bank transfers take up to two hours. Visa and Mastercard withdrawals take one to 24 hours depending on your bank's processing speed. DarazPlay is not responsible for delays attributable to third-party payment processors or banks.

DarazPlay reserves the right to carry out additional security checks before processing withdrawals above specified thresholds. In the event of a suspected security issue, withdrawals may be held pending investigation. Users will be notified via email if this occurs.

DarazPlay offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the terms stated on the individual promotion page, in addition to these general Terms. In the event of a conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

Bonus funds credited to your account must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be withdrawn as cash. The wagering requirement, eligible games, time limits, and minimum odds restrictions are stated clearly in each offer's terms before you choose to accept it. Accepting a bonus without reading the associated terms does not exempt you from those terms.

• Only one welcome bonus per household, device, IP address, and payment method.
• Free bets and bonus credits cannot be transferred between accounts.
• Bonuses may not be combined unless the promotion explicitly permits combination.
• DarazPlay reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to exploit bonus offers — including matched betting techniques, arbitrage, or the use of multiple accounts — will result in immediate bonus cancellation and may lead to account closure.
• DarazPlay's decision on bonus disputes is final.

Bets placed on DarazPlay are binding once confirmed. Before confirming, your bet slip displays the full details of the bet including the stake amount, odds, and potential return — review this information carefully before submitting.

DarazPlay publishes specific rules for individual sports and markets. These rules cover scenarios such as event cancellations, postponements, abandoned matches, and rule 4 deductions. In the absence of a specific rule covering an unusual circumstance, DarazPlay's trading team will apply a decision that it considers fair and reasonable, and that decision will be final.

• Bets placed after an event has started may be voided if DarazPlay determines they were placed with knowledge of in-play information unavailable to the general public at the time of the bet.
• DarazPlay reserves the right to limit the maximum bet amount on any market, including imposing individual account limits.
• In the event of a manifest pricing error, DarazPlay reserves the right to void bets placed at the erroneous price, regardless of whether the bet has been settled.
• Winning bets on postponed events will be settled according to the rules published for that sport.
• DarazPlay does not accept bets from accounts showing evidence of coordinated or suspicious betting activity.

Casino games on DarazPlay are supplied by licensed third-party providers. All games use certified random number generation (RNG) systems, independently audited to ensure fairness. The theoretical return to player (RTP) percentage for each game is published in the game's information section.

DarazPlay acts as a platform facilitating access to these games and is not responsible for technical faults attributable to the game provider's systems. In the event of a game malfunction, DarazPlay will work with the relevant provider to determine a fair resolution. Bets placed during a confirmed malfunction may be voided and stakes returned.

The Aviator game and other crash-style games operate under their own specific game mechanics and rules, which are displayed within each game interface. These supplement but do not replace these general Terms.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on DarazPlay. Engaging in any of them will result in immediate account suspension and may lead to permanent closure and forfeiture of balance:

• Opening more than one account or assisting any other person to open a duplicate account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration or at any other point.
• Using the platform for any form of money laundering, including depositing funds from illegal sources.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or technical vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with DarazPlay in any way.
• Attempting to manipulate the outcome of any event on which a bet is placed — match-fixing or any similar conduct.
• Harassing, threatening, or using abusive language towards DarazPlay staff or other users.
• Allowing any person under 18 to use your DarazPlay account.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other method to disguise your location or bypass geographic restrictions.

DarazPlay reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, if it has reason to believe that these Terms have been violated, that the account poses a financial or security risk to the platform, or that the account holder has engaged in any of the prohibited conduct listed above.

In the event of a permanent account closure due to a Terms violation, DarazPlay may withhold some or all of the remaining balance pending investigation. Where an account is closed for reasons other than a Terms violation — for example, at the user's own request — the available balance (excluding any uncleared bonus funds) will be refunded to the registered payment method.

You may request account closure at any time by contacting DarazPlay support. If you are requesting closure as a responsible gaming measure, the self-exclusion and cooling-off tools in your account settings provide immediate options without waiting for a manual response.

DarazPlay is committed to providing a safe and responsible gambling environment. We offer a full suite of responsible gaming tools including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. These tools are available in your account settings and are designed to help you stay in control of your gambling activity.

Once a self-exclusion or deposit limit is set, it takes effect immediately. A decrease in a deposit limit takes effect immediately. An increase in a deposit limit is subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period before it becomes active — this is a deliberate protection measure.

DarazPlay provides the platform on an "as is" basis and makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding uninterrupted or error-free access. We will make reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability but cannot guarantee this at all times. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible.

To the maximum extent permitted, DarazPlay's liability to any user in connection with the use of the platform is limited to the value of funds held in that user's account at the time the claim arises. DarazPlay is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including but not limited to lost profits or missed betting opportunities arising from platform downtime.

DarazPlay is not responsible for losses arising from a user's own decision-making in relation to bets placed, regardless of any information, statistics, or tips displayed on the platform. All betting decisions are yours alone.

DarazPlay may update these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the "Last updated" date at the top of this page is revised. For significant changes, we will notify registered users via email or an in-account notification. Continued use of DarazPlay following the effective date of a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

We recommend checking this page periodically to stay informed of any updates. If you disagree with any update to these Terms, you should stop using DarazPlay and request account closure through our support team.
